Project Name : Hamilton Economic Development

Designed by: JAMES YELLAND and Group - at McMaster University

Project Purpose: Group Project

Advance Photoshop and Deign - Group Project

McMaster University

Advance Photo Imaging and Design class group project. The concept was to create a professional grade website for the government agency. The project would be printed out and presented to the approving government body for approval. Therefore a 300dpi scale was used to create high-quality government documents ready for print.

Working with a team of designers and developers to make the site responsive as well as meet web accessibility guidelines published by the Web Accessibility Initiative (WAI) of the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C) as well as government accessibility guidelines.

As well as being responsive, the site could load in under 2 seconds and be extremely lightweight for mobile UX.

This project was completed in class and received many compliments from staff and fellow students.
